There's been 72' of snow in the Sierras this winter. Not sure what the legal limit is, but it was announced yesterday that the lake was now at capacity and they're having to release a lot of water. And the snow hasn't really melted yet.


Since October 2015, Lake Tahoe has gained 230 billion gallons of water, and 175 billion of those gallons were in 2017 alone! Lake Tahoe is only 1.4 feet away from the maximum legal limit… when do you think Tahoe will reach the legal limit?
