Russia is definitely fascist. About 67 people, all Putin's buddies own 1/3 of Russian wealth. All of which was stolen by Putin and given to them by Putin. Putin is considered the richest man on earth. All of it stolen from the Russian people. Russia is a fascist kleptocracy.

Those 67 people run the county.
