There is a graph maintained on the lake side of Fanny Bridge in Tahoe City, I am having trouble uploading a recent picture that I took of that graph about 2 months ago but the graph already was showing this past winter's significant spike. That spike should continue into July as the melt flow builds and crests this summer.
