No doubt El Chapo's ill-gotten billions should be used to finance the wall as Sen. Cruz suggests, but Mexico at large is the main beneficiary of the open border. They need to be on the hook.

But, can't see Mexico just giving up on such a golden goose their lax next-door neighbor has been to them. Plus a lot of our citizens are benefiting from their illegals or are sympathetic to them being here.

Speaking about El Chapo, what about tunnels, something he got good at? With all their experience, his people could be appointed to head a Ministry of Undermining in an attempt to turn the wall into a Maginot line. youtube.com

Mr Trump has to put financial pressure on Mexico about that threat because so far they've been loathe to fill them in.
