Fact: the Supreme Court said CO2 was a pollutant.
No they didn't. The EPA classified CO2 as a "pollutant" to be regulated. The Supreme Court only affirmed the EPA's authority to do that according to the written laws.

Even so, I don't accept the government's assertion that CO2 emissions have anything to do with public health. Even if the Supreme Court ruled that 2+2=5, it doesn't make it right.
