Burt, I still work for a living. I come home, check the price, high, low, volume, and news. How these trades are carried out during the day I have no personal knowledge. This is why in good faith I can't accuse someone(even mm) of something I couldn't prove. As a lawyer you must understand the trouble one could get into doing this.

On the other hand, if you, tnsplyr, the company, or other people in Portland know for a fact that trading is not being done on the level, then by all means the proper authorities should be notified. Let the NASDAQ lawyers then handle it.

They may be pretty busy though. This is a popular theme on a lot of the SI threads I have read. AOL, IOM, and CUBE come to mind. They were having their stocks hammered at the time. Results: AOL and IOM went to the NYSE. AOL has gone straight up, IOM has been about average, and CUBE has stayed mostly down. I guess in the end the underlying value will always be recognized whether good or bad.
