If (when) it tanks tomorrow, I think you can safely wait out your 31 days. It'll be a while before this puppy turns around. Re a new CEO: I can't really see any heavy-hitter agreeing to work at MCRE as CEO as long as Wilczak is Chairman. Anyone credible is going to want Chairman/CEO. In other words, no Wilczak. Paul Allen can probably make that happen.
