A Bear Stearns analyst report this morning is estimating this quarters earnings to be 50 cents. Good handset and ASIC sales were cited. The report stated that the company accounts for royalties on a cash basis. Going forward, the company is considering going to the accrual method of accounting for royalties because it is becoming a larger source of Income. The switch could come this quarter or next . This change will result in adding 10 to 20 cents in earnings.
