Thank you so much for your post discern. I greatly appreciate your thoughts and honesty toward management and management following the pathways of the research community. I'm also in agreement with you that much of the delays we have faced is because management hasn’t known what to do.

But I would also like to add to their defense that graphene is a new product that became of huge interest when the research community validated it's applications and it's worth 2 years after Zen did most of it's research on the applications and end use of graphite. It is/was to our advantage to get through these tough couple of years to prove this up to be a mostly monolayer and bilayer graphene which is a far cry from $7,500/ton when all is said and done.

Two years ago we didn't know it was possible to sonificate graphite and turn it into graphene for the end use of concrete ad mixtures or let alone that graphene could homogenously disperse into a rubber composite adding electrical and thermal properties to it.

Not one person on any of these boards knew this and continue to be reactive to the constant new information given as we move forward. All research/testing on batteries have changed directions and it's intelligent that Zen has changed and is moving forward with it.

Zen's management is all about market penetration and how many tons they can sell into each industry per year. So while Zen's metallurgy is being improved by James (already by 5%) Zen is out there slowly and painfully working towards the markets requesting the most amount of tonnage at the highest price per year.

Regards, Mona
