Spots: I agree with your three choices for the high end.

Dell is not an Enterprise player at this point of the game.

Mohan: I agree that Dell is a big player in the overall PC biz and yes they have moved into servers. However, I think Spots was just pointing out that they are not there yet in the Enterprise. It takes more than just server offerings. Yes, I believe they have potential, but they are not there today.

I view HP as the biggest threat to CPQ's pursuit of the Enterprise. I read somewhere yesterday that CPQ hopes to gleen 50% of its 1998 revenues from its Enterprise offerings, I believe.... and I for one, love the profits that come from that business!

Just MHO... Go CPQ!
