al-len: I don't see how, or else as you say there would have been some release by the SEC. It is they and only they that can determine when brokers or dealers may offer quotes on and trade in shares of RMIL. Had RMIL filed a 10K which had been accepted by the SEC you, I and everyone else on this thread would have known about it by now. So unless Riley is preparing to engage in illegal trading tomorrow there is no way he will be buying RMIL shares. One exception of course is if he and some of the other longs agree to exchange shares with one another and none of them are brokers or dealers then the SEC order does not hold IMO.
