Loco and Woody....There is another point of view on this and it's one that I was not aware of until I watched Sean Spicer's Press Briefing that ended just a few minutes ago.

Spicer said (I transcribed):

"Remember we are talking about 2017 funding. This is something that most presidents would have walked into office and it would have been done. But since the last congress did not do it under Obama that gave the president an opportunity to get some of his priorities for the last 5 months of 2017.

That's a big step forward, and something he will continue to fight for in 2018. When the fiscal year starts at the end of September, we will have an opportunity to really infuse the president's priorities. But I think there is a lot there."

BORDER SECURITY: Got $1.52 Billion
REBUILD MILITARY: Got $21 Billion
DC SCHOOL CHOICE: ADDED
OBAMACARE BAILOUT: NONE
COAL MINERS: TAKEN CARE OF
PLANNED PARENTHOOD FUNDING: Not removed, but will have his first real shot at next fiscal year.
