Whatever the deal is. Whether it is good or bad. Paul Ryan is not the president. I find a bias against Ryan that is unbalanced. Until Trump is ready to stand up to Schumer - Ryan is simply the fall guy for the lack of courage by the party - the party being R legislators and President Trump.

The day is coming when Trump will have to stand up to Schumer rather than verbally mock him - and then roll over like a puppy. So far IMO Schumer is getting the best of the fight - largely because we have chosen not to fight. And do not tell me Schumer lost the SC nomination. That was simply an example of our side for once using the power it has.
