Defunding the IRS enables cheaters and rips off we honest people who pay our taxes. Whatever problems there are are not fixed by defunding the legitimate tax collection roll of the IRS. Fix the problems. Collect the legitimately owed dollars. I deeply resent cheaters who brag about what they get away with. Bob
