Wow - a voice of sanity in the wilderness. But the Trump underestimation extravaganza continues on both sides of the aisle. This spending bill is classic rope-a-dope. A short term bone for big long term wins. Also puts extra pressure on Ryan to get healthcare through - I think healthcare bill is a done deal now.
