Indeed, Ascend did not refuse to sell, they just wanted to sell at $40 rather than @35. Ascend's "getting ahead". If it does not sell, that would be fine, the price is going up steadily. If it does sell, I am expecting to see a good pop up in price. By the way, Steve Jobbs caught many shorters pants down today - the price moved too fast.
