According to jiggyjiggy on another site, the participants in the recent pp are selling some (all?) of their holdings in order to pay for their new shares at the low, low price of $0.23 (actually 2 for $0.265 when you include the warrant) because "Why ? usually a PP offers a better deal for price appreciation of their shares and warrants acquired by participating in a PP because of the lower price that was offered to entice them to participate". Not quite sure if that makes sense but, since I'm not an analytical mathematician like jiggy, I will just have to take his word on it.
