Dennis, If one has all his eggs in one basket I would not buy anymore either, but one should always be diversified, and be willing to buy on dips! If they make $.23 this qt. verses $.15 that is a 53% gain! They had a few resturants open at the very end of the qt. which has alot of expense to open them, so I feel as though the report is not as bad as it may seem! As far as the bond goes, I believe they are looking at the low interest rates that are now in place and is wanting to take advantage of the situation! I can see them raising money now with a low rate with the conv. factor, and drawing interest on the money until they need it for future expansion! Better to lock in rates now since they are so low and invest the money later at which time rates may be higher! Don't give up just yet! Hank
