Email from Select Capital. After expressing my concerns about UMSI share prices here is what I received from Select: "Please excuse the delay in responding to your e.mail request - we receive too many requests for information and need to establish a faster personal response system. As for UMSI, Select obtained a commitment from outside lenders and investors to provide UMSi with financing based upon the company passing due diligence. In fact, UMSI only received $400K from that commitment. Also, the company had previously issued convertible debentures to investors which during the past few months have been sold, causing the share price to fall because of a high volume of selling.
