From what I here these shares were taken care of privately.
So where is the selling coming from? Also when I called and
asked about the placement in August hardly any of this has been
converted. At 2.00 price the conversion is about 6,900,000 new
shares. At 1.00 price the conversion is about 13,800,000 new
shares. The above is my account since the company has not
responed to my fax of 2 weeks ago to confirm this.
I have been a shareholder for 4 years.
