I noticed that also. Tuesday January 6, 5:36 pm Eastern Time Soros group says it raised Ortec stake WASHINGTON, Jan 6 (Reuters) - A group including international financier George Soros said Tuesday it has increased its stake in Ortec International Inc to 12.9 percent or 742,800 common shares. In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it most recently acquired 63,600 shares in Ortec between Dec. 19 and Jan. 5 at $12.56 to $13.25 each.
