This was not a time for a trump budget . Nor a time for Trump to be looking to win the next news cycle. I'm sure you are confident enough that he outlined a course of action to achieve his goals. You have to pick your battles, is it now with no tax reform in place yet, Obamacare still having a heart beat, up against 60 votes, filibuster, closing down Washington? Reconciliation in a few months is a far better option with limited debate from the Senate. That's the definition of being "real"
