Thanks Scotsman. Jim Cramer had some good thoughts about MSFT vs. DOJ on CNBC a week or so ago. He said he was really exasperated by MSFT's attitude toward the case because you can't win fighting people who are not motivated by money. He felt that a company with the savvy of MSFT ought to understand politics better.
