They did not file a revision to their 3rd Q numbers...What you are speaking of is that 10Q filed in the middle of MAy i believe....If you look at other companies 10Q's you will usually find tht the number of shares increases from 3/31 to the filing date...

They publish the number outstanding (or whatever the formula is) as of that date (or as of around May 15).. The shares increased to ~ 11.8 million from the 10.66 as of 3/31/96....

If we come in around 14 million that will be fine with me...I just hope that they stop at 15 million through 6/30/97 and don't keep rising....
