Hi McTrader first it's all about the story IMO . . second, the best stories have to be bought at the right time . . I have total control of both . . with few exceptions the biggest wins occur when there's an strong market . . no control over this other than being a buyer when the rally begins . . . BTT market signal does a great job here . . a look at today's two top performers . . both important market leading stories . . one is up over 200% in ten months . . the other story is up 100% in five months . . when the market is cooperating 20% to 30% of best stories gain over 100% . . . . about the same percentage will be sold for small gains or losses . . the rest offer gains of 25% to 75% . . great risk reward situation when the market is poor there aren't many opportunities . . 40% to 60% of stocks will be bought and sold with gains of 20% to 40% . . most of the rest for small losses or small gains . . a few will do better than 40% but not as well as they will once the market turns for the better . . an important key to doing well is executing . . do the same thing over and over again . . buy the best at the right time and when the market rally becomes a good one the gains are super . . This isn't brain surgery . . what is required however is patience, discipline and understanding price fluctuations are mostly meaningless . . its all about the story . . get in the best stories early on and enough of them will do very well . .
