I heard the same thing. Selling could be from a 'better idea', other margin problems, fear and loathing in Tustin, whatever. Volume could be Nasdaq's normal passing of the buck. I don't think conversion will happen until an immediate profit can be realized, they did buy the science after all. The communication problems should be well on their way to being solved by this time next week.
