There are estimated to be around 10 million woolly mammoths that "remain incarcerated within the permafrost of the Arctic tundra" #IceAge

Just think - when the permafrost melts, the world will be awash in ivory and African elephants will be safe from poachers.

Not to mention the untapped food resource there.
