Regarding your comment I also asked why Cymer's customers could not clearly state that a large order for their equipment was equipped with Cymer Lasers. A little arm twisting with the customers is needed.

If I was the recipient of any arm-twisting from any vendor I deal with, I would not view that vendor very favorably and would seek to find someone else. With only 4 customers, I do not think that Cymer is any position to twist arms, espicially when they expect to be able to gouge these same customers for as much dough as they can squeeze out of them for lasers and service and parts for same. If anyone gets their arm twisted, it is going to be Cymer with customers looking for favorable status and concessions with respect to the others guys.

I guess you can see I am not in favor of twisting the arm attached to the hand that feeds Cymer and thus me.
