Nick, IMO NN moved very nicely in the last 2-3 days. In fact I think it moved quite rapidly compare to it's previous moves at these numbers, earlier this year and last year. Right now it's seems to be slicing through them like butter , when in the past such numbers moves took a lot longer. I think people are discounting that NN will get past 40s real soon because of the compelling nature of increased bandwidth needs with the Internet and Telcos.I think people are getting a feeling that as much as the US Congress has tried hard and long to stifle progress in freeing up the internet/telephone lines, this technology and it's need are too powerful and compelling to stop; nobody is big enough to stop it, not even US Congress. The Genie will come out of the bottle. When that happens, Martha bar the door, or better yet get out of the doorway! I think everybody who counts knows of NN's superior ATM technology, the future of increased bandwidth and they will all start jockeying for position in buying the stock. The Asian debacle is not worrisome to me because it is greatly outweigh by the need for increased bandwidth to get efficient commerce on it's way at low cost so that we can all pay all our big debts, < GG >, sooner.
I am still holding on to NN. I was too impatient last year and sold off too early. I think getting in at these prices is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
There may or may not be some resistance at 41-42.5 but to be honest with you, after 3-4 years of hanging on and off onto NN, one thing that I did learn is a) you can't time this stock, and b) one of these days NN will pop open the champagne bottle. I have now been given a second chance to participate at the party and I promise I will not
screw it up.
Viva NN longs !! and good luck to all.
