If you note my recs you will see that there are two issues on which I agree with you. Your view of Socialism and firearms are right on.
Socialism and its end, Communism, as a successful workable system is impossible. They are impossible because they are contrary to human nature. Marx realized this but he believed that human nature could be changed making full Communism possible. History of course proves over and over again that human nature cannot be changed. This is why we continue to see the failure of Socialism/Communism whenever it is attempted.
