Steve, when you trade listed issues during regular hours do you ever route your order to markets other than the NYSE/ASE? I know normally prices are not as good on the Philadelphia, Pacific etc., but I wonder if some issues are more liquid than the primary exchange say through Selectnet, and I think most of these markets don't charge the 1c a share that the NYSE does on limit orders.

Could you refute this or elaborate on how you might work large orders on listed issues?

Also, what is ACT?
