I don't think he should nor do I think any candidates should have made promises to "lock people up" like that. But he did and if his word meant anything he would. First off, things aren't going to get easier for him. Second, he explicitly said "We don't care about that anymore."
If Trump loyalists are really going to be loyal to him, shouldn't they accept it when he says the Clinton's are good people who don't deserve to be hurt? Are Trump people loyal or not? Everyone repeat after the President ... THE CLINTON'S ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND WE DON'T WANT THEM HURT. MAGA!
