I'm running several computers and laptops, two with Windows 10 and two with WIndows 7 and an old XP machine used mostly as a server. One of the Windows 7 machines wouldn't update. It was stuck and wouldn't download. I finally got it updated using this Microsoft link: FYI support.microsoft.com
