China and everyone else does it...If I recall couple of years ago the drop was the largest in 2 decades. If they do it everyone else does it to compete.."currency war"..its not as easy for the United States since the dollar is tge reserve currency. its done all the time to gain a edge on trade..it increases their demand on their exports.
