Alex,
the Govt of the U.S. is what made this country great
Government works best when government actually does what it's supposed to do, which is to safeguard the rights of every citizen. That's how slavery and Nazism was defeated.

It's not government's job to fund science, technology, and health care. Private enterprise has done much, much more to advance those fields than government could ever do.

Government has done a terrible job trying to redistribute wealth from the greedy to the needy. Eight years of Obama already proved that.

There is wisdom in limited government. What you advocate is totalitarianism, Venezuela-style.
