Why is ADOT doing this...I mean why jump into yet another area. At this stage shouldn't the company be focusing it's resources on its core business...Something just doesn't seem right with this.
One developmental company investing in another. Where are the current revenues and how can they pay for this..I don't understand!!!
Are these valid points or not? ADOT is sure good at spending money, how about making some.
