With TRVB, my idea same as your general comment about holding period: I'm figuring I'll be in for 3-7 years. For me, to have the patience to keep the dollars in the stock that long, it's got to be an insignificant amount in my portfolio so that I'm not tempted to sell out to use the money for other opportunities.
