Hi Bob, a whole number of things had been setting up for the market to embark on this type of correction....

The market was in some case/stocks a parabolic moon shot.


a number of us have been expecting this type of reversion to the mean type of corrective activity...... this is a politically driven rumor and with the Republicans in the house..... they are not going to impeach Trump.

another excellent observation on your part.

Options expiration weeks are very nice one day and very bad the next - the boys need volatility to buy discounted stock and resell it at a profit after the expiration date.

With the record low volatility of the last 2 weeks - they need to move fast for the remainder of the week.
