Dan: Reference the Merge of PIM's to Phones: Did you see on QCOM's Eudora Web Site there is a beta test program available for Eudora's PIM? It's a calander, datebook, address book, to do list, etc. It can synch with among other devices, the Palm Pilot (a device very similar in size to the Q phone!). I think QCOM has been thinking along the line you mentioned, and they are starting to tip their hand a little. Maybe we'll hear more at the Wireless show in Atlanta in February? Ref QWERTY and data entry into phones: I don't think any data entry method other than QWERTY will be your primary method, but they can be usefull non the less. In addition to voice recognition on phones, how about incorporating the Graphiti method that the Palm Pilot uses? It is accomplished in an area roughly 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch on the screen, and is about 70% as fast as typing once you get used to it.
