Kim: I appreciate your post.

Speaking for myself, "Angst" is not an issue. I believe most Naxonians (at least the ones on this thread) have done their due diligence and are willing wait it out. The reason I asked these question rather is disappointment with the way Naxos currently keeps its loyal share holders and the investing public informed. A delay is not nearly as disturbing if the company releases a short note stating that there will be a delay and also gives the reasons. That's only common courtesy.

With regards to doing the "cookbook approach" vs. "fine sifting": What would prevent Ledoux to make a statement like: "We obtained such and such material, processed it so and so and these are the numbers we came up with:." There must be scores of numbers waiting to be certified by now. I personally wouldn't want Blumberg to write a dissertation on the J/L process. Besides, there comes a time when a phrase like "we need more time to understand the process" gets worn out, especially if it comes form a world renown lab.

I was (and will be) insistent with these questions because I heard from several sources that Ledoux already promised certification of already performed tests on many occasions, only to come up with some excuses. This may be the reason why Naxos decided to involve two more labs, just to play it safe. I think that was a great move.

Anyway, I appreciate your comments and hope to hear from you more often in the future.

Kurt

P.S. Larry stated in a recent post: "all three labs including ledoux have agreed to a five day turn around on release of results. we should see numbers from all three labs, including platinum, by a week from friday." -- Would you care to comment?
