It seems to be bouncing up and down around the 20 mark.

I'm surprised it hasn't received a boost due to the troubles Microsoft is going through with the Justice Department.

Have you been following stochastics for a while?

When a stock gets near zero, short of going out of business, does the stock always go up for a good gain?
