I have some general questions.

1) What is the last possible time on Monday that they can release the numbers? 11:59PM? or before market close? When will it be on EDGAR?

2) I was told by a full service broker that you cannot put a stop (loss) in place for a NASDAQ traded stock, however I have done it with e*trade with no problem. Does anyone know anything about this?
