I am a little curious about the "Select Responce" -I notice they did not acknowledge selling off or shorting any stock-I don't know if they would say they had shorted?-They did blame the debenture holders for the high volume, although they must have known of the volatility of the of the stock with that much stock out in Convertable Debentures. Also they agreed to the deal when the 10k was almost 2 months late in filing(not to mention the 10Q) and during the time that it must have taken to put the deal together assuming a month or so the stock went from $.50 to$.25.
Now the last time they put $3 plus million(May 97) into the company again I assume investment and financing the stock was trading for a $1.+/-. Wouldn't and investor want a boat load of plummeting stock (maybe the reason for doubling the authorized shares). Also what would the D/E Ratio be at this point that would make Financial Houses interested in jumping back in(hi vigorish?)-as I recall they only reported two sales. I guess they could still be doing DD and waiting like all of us for the Reports but with the stock now at the
$.06 range we may see the authorized shares go to 50 million.
