FEDERAL JUDGE THROWS OUT CLOCK BOY’S DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT
MAY 19, 2017

Ahmed Mohamed, better known as “clock boy” because a teacher suspected him of having a bomb after Ahmed brought a homemade clock to school…14-year old Ahmed Mohamed was the poster child for Islamophobia. Ahmed Mohamed claimed that his school discriminated against him when they were concerned about a homemade clock device the boy brought with him which apparently seemed to look like a bomb to the naked eye. Now, according to Daily Mail, clock boy’s lawsuit against the school for discrimination is being dismissed. The family previously sought $15 million in damages against the school for the alleged discrimination.

Ahmed Mohamed probably wishes that all of this had occurred in Canada right about now. Ahmed would have undoubtedly been awarded an outrageous sum of money. A Muslim couple in Canada was awarded $12,000 because their landlord offended them. Everyone these days is apparently being sued for discrimination. Even CNN isn’t immune to accusations of racism. It is being reported that there are roughly 175 current or former CNN employees considering a class-action lawsuit against the outlet for racism. Even men are using Title IX complaints, just to protect themselves from baseless sexual assault allegations.

Daily Mail is reporting on the ruling that effectively threw out clock boy’s discrimination case:‘Absent allegations of intentional discrimination, or allegations from which the court can reasonably infer intentional discrimination, Plaintiff fails to allege an equal protection violation against the IISD.’

Never forget the day Obama decided to join the hysteria over ‘clock boy’ and use it as a moment to virtue signal…
