AOL stock is just pure hype and momentum right now. Of course the bears are not going to have an easy time taming this beast, the longs will have much more down side to worry about later on when all the hoop-la's invariably come to an end. AOL stock is hyped by the street, pushed by Web newbie investors, and maybe a little squeeze of the shorts, and the big "tulip" appeal of being branded the internet leader. I agree with you and other bulls on one thing, AOL company will survive. But that has nothing to do about the stock price in this particular case.
