NEWS:Allen F. Yuhas Appointed Vice President of Sales at Ridge Technologies
SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Ridge(TM) Technologies, Inc. a newly formed Silicon Valley company focused on mass storage solutions for the NT server market, announced today that Allen F. Yuhas, former senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at QMS, Inc. has been appointed vice president of Sales at Ridge Technologies. In his capacity as vice president of Sales, Mr. Yuhas will be responsible for developing the company's sales strategy and will manage all OEM relationships and distribution channel efforts. Ed Turner, who was acting in the vice president of Sales position, will now be devoted full time to product marketing activities.

Yuhas has over 25 years of broad experience in sales, marketing and customer service. Most recently Yuhas was senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at QMS, and responsible for all sales, marketing and customer service and support functions on a worldwide basis. Prior to QMS, Mr. Yuhas was senior vice president of Sales at Storage Dimensions, Inc. and was responsible for all aspects of the company's worldwide sales and customer support functions. Mr. Yuhas also spent time in management positions at RasterOps Corporation, Panasonic Corporation, Paradyne Corporation and Burroughs Corporation.
Yuhas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English from the University of South Alabama.
