I appreciate all the respondents (Si Ron, Gottfried, Steve, Josh and PMS Witch) about imaging, cloning, etc. I have an ongoing problem with Microsoft that started with not being able to do a system restore. They eventually tried to reinstall windows 10 which worked for a short time. I haven’t lost any data which is in a separate drive.
