The co., as far as I know, hasn't given a date yet...but it appears the SEC was happy with the 8K, we're trading, of course TONTO isn't happy, even though he admits to NEVER calling the co. in reference to the 8K, he found it better to call the co. "liars" in his 'objective' critique than to call the co. on a subject he was posting about. Then he says, well..."we have differnt ways of doing DD'....yeah, I research what I'm posting, you didn't!
