Everything in CA should require to be covered in solar panels. Wind turbines, cars, trucks, buildings, everything.

Surrounding each wind turbine with a solar farm is a great idea to make the giant heavy turbine blades turn .... rather than just use the solar power created directly.

I'm being sarcastic of course.
