I wonder if its related to the "World Bank Group" - not sure what the relationship is to the "World Bank" worldbank.org Notice the reference as follows: "It presents the solutions in terms of the World Bank's development strategy highlighting the three legs of the development stool -- human development, environmentally sustainable development, and private sector development. " It does seem like money would be coming from the IFC though.
